My Dad whistling. Sticking my head inside the bottom of granny's piano.

4: What is your favourite piece of musical equipment?

Young Chang upright piano at home; Fender Telecaster; Gibson Acoustic 6 string Parlor guitar; Hammond B3 with Leslie; The next guitar; All those lonely pianos whose owners regard them as furniture.

5: Who would you most like to collaborate musically with?

Bob Dylan. Brian Eno & Tchad Blake. Ry Cooder. Warren Maxwell. Ryan Adams. Van Morrison. Lou Reed.

6: Your favourite holiday destination, and why?

Essaouira, Morocco. Jimmy was there maan.

7: What is the first album/track of yours that anyone who is unfamiliar with your music should listen to?

"Language" on "Twist"

8: What's the last great film you saw?

Martin Scorcese's "No Direction Home".
