And we have just received a huge shipment of quality new vinyl which we are drip-feeding out onto the racks - lots of old faves from the Velvet Underground, Kraftwerk, Marvin Gaye, Patti Smith, Bob Dylan, The Cure et al, but also lots of new stuff that we haven't had before, including titles from Nina Simone, The Electric Prunes, Motley Crue, Black Sabbath, JD Blackfoot and many, many more. A real grab bag of delights - swing by soon whilst there's still lots left on the buffet table...

Just a quick scribble to let you all know of the great new stuff we have in as of, like, now!

Like the self-titled album from the self-styled indie-folk Traveling Wilburys Monsters Of Folk - namely, Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes, M Ward and Jim James of My Morning Jacket; the eponymous debut from young London quartet The XX (think Yo La Tengo jamming some Young Marble Giants tunes) - thoroughly excellent; the Volcano Choir album, featuring Bon Iver's Justin Vernon collaborating with Collections Of Colonies Of Bees - very abstract but kinda beguiling; Volume 2 of the Bob Dylan's fascinating "Theme Time Radio Hour"; or how about some lovely, lovely vinyl of the new Clean album "Mister Pop", or the Stone Roses classic debut, or hefty 180gm reissues of Wilco's "AM", "Summerteeth" and my personal fave, "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" - which all come with a CD of the album as well.

And we have just done another vinyl order, which should be in in a week or so - watch this space!
